One of our particular concerns is the integration of people with language barriers. We have specific skills and resources to support and support Arabic, Russian/Ukrainian and Turkish-speaking participants in particular.

Our employees are interculturally trained and are able to specifically break down language barriers in order to create barrier-free communication. To this end, we offer accompanying language support, culture- and industry-specific training as well as individual advice in the respective native language.
